By using Lisner, you agree to these terms. Lisner is owned and operated by Vira Holdings, Inc.
2. Not a Medical Device
CRITICAL: Lisner is a personal reflection and thought organization tool. It is NOT a medical device, a diagnostic tool, or a crisis intervention service.
Lisner does not provide professional medical or mental health advice. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact emergency services (988 in the US) or go to the nearest emergency room.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your device. Since Lisner is local-first, the physical security of your phone is the primary safeguard for your data.
4. Privacy
Your use of Lisner is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Technical Help and Feedback
The in-app technical-help form is a way to reach Lisner product support. It is not a clinical service, is not monitored for emergencies, and is not seen by your therapist.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them to improve Lisner without payment or obligation to you.
6. Termination
You can stop using Lisner at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community standards.
